Milý, čistý hotýlek v centru Plzně, pěkná poloha. Hotel odpovídá ***. Problém spočíval v osobě servírky v restauraci, která byla neochotná a na první pohled zřejmé, že ji to tam nebaví a dávala to najevo. JInak recepce, pokojské atd. vše OK.

Wonderful location near a quaint pond that provides a nice opportunity for a morning stroll. The Hotel Gondola is located close to the town square, really only 3 blocks away, yet in a quiet, peaceful location along a stream. We arrived from Prague by regional bus, so I can't comment on the availability of car parking. We had a super clean, quiet room. Nothing fancy, but did have a minibar with reasonable prices. No coffee or tea in room, but this was available in the breakfast room, seemingly even until late. Immaculately clean bathroom. Nice strong shower. The breakfast was delightful, fresh strudel, eggs available to be prepared to order as well as the lightest, tenderest pancakes (really like crepes) - such a treat and we all enjoyed such a great preparation for our day at the Liberation Festival. We enjoyed Plzen and give a big thumbs up to the Pilsner Urquell brewery tour as well as the Historic Underground tour. Definitely recommend!
